Position Overview: As a youth football coach, you will have the opportunity to work with young athletes, helping them develop their skills, build character, and cultivate a love for football. You will be joining a team of dedicated coaches who share a common passion for football and youth development.

Qualifications:

• Strong football knowledge and understanding of the game, but enthusiasm is the most important
• Previous coaching experience, preferably with youth football teams, but is not necessary
• Coaching certifications or relevant qualifications, or willing to obtain them
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive team environment
• Pass relevant police Background checks
