DEVELOPMENTAL LEVELS
Developmental football is where most kids kick off their football journey. It’s all about having a blast, honing skills, and falling head over heels for the game. Sure, there’s some traveling involved, but the real goal is to nurture a deep love for the sport. Our developmental level has three exciting program options to choose from below!
U10 ATOMS GRADES 3 TO 4
sAhoy, little champs! If you’re in grades 3-4, we’ve got the perfect game plan for you. Picture this: a 6v6 match, a slightly smaller field, and full gear.
The name of the game is fun and mastering the basics. We’ve got you covered in both summer and fall. Get ready to score!!

U12 PEEWEE GRADES 5 AND 6
Alright kiddos, listen up! If you’re rockin’ grade 5 or 6, you’re all set for Under 12 (U12) football! It’s a 9v9 match on a slightly slimmer field but with all the gear you need to shine.
Remember, this is all about having a blast and honing those basic skills. We hit the field in both summer and fall, so get ready to score some touchdowns and make unforgettable memories!

U14 BANTAM GRADES 7 AND 8
Grade 7 and 8 kids can join the U14 team, also known as under 14. This is like a warm-up round before the big leagues of Junior and Senior Varsity.
It’s a full-blown 12 v 12 game that still keeps the focus on nailing down the basics, but also introduces some fancy footwork and formations to make things exciting!

COMPETITIVE LEVELS
Get ready to level up in the thrilling world of competitive football! This next stage amps up the action, blending in trickier tactics and exciting away games, gearing up players for the big leagues post-high school. Grade 9 marks the kickoff for many young football enthusiasts, so don’t fret about the increased challenge and dedication – fresh faces are embraced with open arms, offering them a shot to master the game!

U16 JUNIOR VARSITY GRADES 9 AND 10
Junior Varsity football (U16) represents the initial stage of competitive play, typically serving as a starting point for most players in grades 9 and 10 to learn the fundamentals of the sport.
While emphasizing the importance of core skills, this level also introduces more intricate plays and involves increased travel.

U18 GRADES 11 AND UP
Senior Varsity (U18) marks the ultimate stage of minor league play, typically serving as the last stage for most players in grades 11, 12+, before advancing to the CJFL or University football.
This advanced level of play builds upon the foundational skills established in Junior Varsity, incorporating more complex gameplay and travel, ultimately preparing players for the next level of play beyond high school.

FALL MIXED VARSITY
PLEASE NOTE : this is a fall program offering only and not part of our OSFL 2025 slate of programs .
This program provides a unique opportunity for athletes in grades 9-12+ that are absent of a football team at their respective institutions.
The program provides a unique pathway for those interested, as both players new to football and those experienced with a lack of a program have an opportunity to play without the need to transfer academic institutions specifically for sport.
Athletes who may be in specific Specialist High Skills Major programs throughout local high schools now have the ability to remain in said programs while continuing to pursue their football journey
